My " christmas gifts" were ordered in early October. I guess Christmas in China, like their sizes... are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. They guaranteed delivery for christmas and I got the package in late January. They were supposed to be 3X but were child sized. After long back and forth about sending it back *which you cant do with a tracking number because its CHINA... and which costs more than the items... I ended up giving the winter coats to a homeless shelter for teens. HORRIBLE COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... REALLY RIPOFFS their good reviews english skills have me suspect that they write their own good ones..

From what I have been reading, and in my experience, about two months, and then you may not get it - or you may get an inferior product - or you may be thrilled with it. It's a mixed bag.

Unfortunately, if you're lucky, you will get something in months, yes, MONTHS. Or you might NOT get anything at all. They are scammers and they thousands of people's money. No customer service at all. They will ignore you until you give up. And if you do get something, it will be 5 times smaller than what you ordered and materials is cheap as hell. DO NOT order ever again and spread the word. They make millions stealing people's money and their so called government does nothing about it. And the worst part is, millions of American jobs are lost because everything is now being made in their country.

I now regret even placing the order. I saw the ads everywhere and the clothing looks great but now I'm experiencing the poor service. Well it'll never happen again that's for sure

Very poor service. Recieved half of mine in 2-3 weeks then took another 2 months for refund!... they never reply on there chat and the clothes look and feel cheap

You may have to wait over a month and that depend on if they send your orders to you. They will keep your money and would not refund you at all, however these vile thieves will email to say they will refund but they will not. They owe me money For a dew items and clothes are small to size will fit a child. Bad stitching and holes in places.
Do not buy from these low life scrum bag. They do not reply to emails if you continue to demand for your refund.
Tell everyone you know nit to buy from them.
You have been warned. Do not line their pockets they do not have a clue about customer service like in the west.

It took over six months and when I did receive it I couldn't wear it. I ordered a size larger than I normally wore. It wouldn't have fit my nine year old granddaughter who weighs 55 lbs. The arms were down to my knees if I could have gotten my arms into the garment. Very poor quality. I would never purchase anything from them again.

I've ordered 16 different times with Sammy dress with clothes, jewelry and other misc. Items, regular shipping and all but one order was received in the time they said it would be delivered. It all depends If its in stock. You really need to look at the bottom of the item info and see how long it says for that particular item. Processing takes a couple of days but after its shipped, it's usually right on time. Always pay extra for the tracking and its 90% delivered through USPS... once it leaves china. If anything, put the tracking number thru a site called trackingex.com. Hoping this was helpful

It depends on if it is in stock. My experience has been in stock items up to 30 days, items not in stock up to 60 days. Open a ticket on their website and ask. They will give you the status and tell you how long.

In my experience with my 2 orders, I received both within 3 weeks from time I placed order. Never had an issue getting my items. Every ticket I have made with a question, they have responded within 18hours.

Typically around three weeks. It also dfepends on the availability of the item you selected. If it says "ships in 3 days" it goes out almost immediately. If it said "Ready in 7-15 days" you can add that on top of the international shipping time which is where the people saying they waited months comes from. I only ever order things if they have the 3 day time frame.

It depends on your country and your shipping option. My order was sent to Nigeria with flat rate shipping which takes 15-25 working days. The first time I got it in 18 working days, it was 16 working days the second time. When I had it sent to London it took 16 working days. It also depends on the shipping company but the delivery time was ok by me

I'm in Ireland and wait four wks, last wk it came in 3 but usually not before then. I do all my own clothes shopping from Sammy I'm a Size 10 here so I have to order a large mostly as the Chinese are tiny in size depending on material if it's stretchy I can buy a medium... Do check the material which I always do if it says polyester I know it had stretch so order my normal size medium, hope this helps

I did not receive the first shirt I ordered for 1 1/2 months, and then the second one a month after that. I bothered them through the customer service section of their website although I am not sure this helped. You are going to need to be extremely patient as this is a horrible company to deal with and things take forever. I sure hope you ordered a size larger than you normally wear or all the waiting will be for not. Best of luck to you.

My order took over 2 months, when it arrived I found the quality pretty cheap and the size was wrong. The prices are low but what good is a low price if you can't even use what you buy? I had no luck with repeated attempts to reach customer service. I will not order from Sammydress again.

I've ordered twice from them, and it took right at 30 days both time. I live in the Southeast US.

Depending on your shipping choice when the order is placed. If not express, you'd have to wait up to 25 days for standard shipping.

It depends. Just a couple weeks ago, I paid for expedited shipping for an order and got it within 5 days. At times it's less expensive than standard shipping. In general, the wait for an order with standard shipping has been approximately 3-4 weeks. Currently, I am waiting for a couple orders with free shipping, and it has been over 30 days. When I inquired about the matter, SammyDress asked me to be patient and give it until the 19th of the month, and if I have not received it, I would be compensated. I am a big SammyDress advocate, and everything I have ordered from them has been fabulous and beyond my expectations. Customer service has always responded whenever I submit a ticket. Here's hoping that I will get my order in the next several weeks.

Well if you order items that say 3 day shipping., expect your order in five to seven business days to arrived to your house.

Mine took 3 to 4 weeks. But I expected it to with the shipping I selected.

Mine varied in duration. The longest was two months due to out of stock - the shortest weeks. I chose the most economical shipping or free shipping so my orders would take the longest. When I followed up with customer service they responded and resolved it. One error was made in 7+ orders and I received an extra item (for free) as part of the error. I have been pleased with my purchases for the price. Realistically these are not designer clothes, but I was looking for something I liked that was affordable and I found it here. Still shopping here
