How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at SAFishing?

SO hard. This company sucks. I tried multiple times via their online chat and their phone number and got in touch with someone finally over the phone and they were not helpful at all.

Amazingly difficult, if you have to contact them put aside 2 hours because youll be disconnected and ignored multiple times

I was caller #47. Took about 45 minutes, but was very professional and helpful and understanding when I did get through. She expidited my mistake and I got them before Christmas.

Nearly impossible unless you have an hour to sit on hold

Awful, over an hour for the online Chat, calling them is even worse.

Not possible. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me and its been nearly 1 month. Worse customer service ever.

Impossible, call their line and find out. After 1.5 minutes on hold it will say thank you, goodbye and disconnect you during normal business hours.
