No not all. Just view the sites with a healthy scepticism. It seems that those sites that apply transactional charges for mails are dubious whereas those with a flat membership charge are more likely to have genuine membership. Then all you have to do is sift through the individual scammers to real women. Not impossible, but anyone trying to part you from cash should ring alarms
Both answers are correct. Also it's best to use PayPal. As this site likes to set individuals up for "auto pay". Basicly, this site needs run out of the US. Their business model is fraud and the worse part of it, they are getting away with it.

If I were you in would not go the route of talking with someone that you need to hire an interpreter. That's an additional cost out of your pocket and you never know if the woman that you are talking to are rally genuine about having a relationship. I have talked to several different women from a site called rosebrides.com none of them have asked to get an interpreter. There are a lot of females that work for agencies in foreign countries that just want your money with no intention of a real relationship. My advice is to find someone that can speak some English on their own and to ask them if they have VK (it's like facebbok) Skype, what's app, viber or even kik. They are all free apps that you can use to communicate with them. If they only want though to use the website you met them on and/or use a translator then they may not be serious. There are translation apps that you can use to talk with females. Also don't go for the most beautiful woman on the site be confident but know if she is out of your league or not the more beautiful they are the less likely they are serious.
