You have to write to administration and request the subscription to end. Unlike the other post here, I suggest you never engage a subscription dating site. Once the CC company has your ok it is free wheeling for the scammers. Charging for letters and chat make an enormous amount of money. They do not need subscriptions. Don't pay them.
