My name is Peggy Wilson. I ordered a Safavieh runner, light green and gold, classic, wool, and I was not told that it was back ordered and will not be available until March - - nearly 6 months from when I ordered it. I voiced my complaint. Now I find that you have charged my account for the rung - withdrawal done on 11-21-15. Why are you withdrawing money on my account for a rug that you do not have? Wayfair is too expensive, and, they only match prices on their stores! That's what I was told!
