I am also trying to call customer services. When I googled it to find if there is telephone number, it took me to the Macys site. I called Macys to see if they are affiliated and they told me they are not.

This is ridiculous.

I order 3 dresses 4 months ago when i received the fabric and the workmanship is terrible very poor quality. I lost my money and can find nobody to talk too. DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

I have spent soooo much time trying to get a number where to call to return an item and when I try to login with my email the only email I have and it telsl me it does already exsists and if I try to log in it does not let me, it gives me the run arounds. So please do not order. Their clothing products are of very very bad quality.

Terrible company! Clothing is of POOR quality, sizes aren't accurate, and can't return as can't submit a ticket! The pictures are sooo much better than the actual product! No phone number for customer service... this company can't be legit. I have spent hours trying to return one item to no avail. AVOID this company at all costs!
