Scam! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I took a chance given their website boasts w money-back guarantee; however, when my dress arrived, it was a different color than the picture online, very cheap material, had no tags, and came with no packing slip. The address on the bag said it was shipped from NY. When I contacted the allegedly great customer service, first I discovered the email address in my purchase confirmation email was incorrect and I had to look up another address online. Next, they asked me to send them a picture so they could verify the problem. In response to me sending it, the customer service person told me it looked nice and that I could should consider keeping it. Then he told me they won't take it back because shipping to their warehouse in China would cost them something like $35. He asked if I would accept $3 to keep it. I referenced the "money back guarantee, but he didn't respond. Instead, a different person contacted me to see if I would take $10 to keep it. I haven't heard from them since I refused that. This is a fraudulent business, and I would rather report them than take their money.
