I ordered two items from them and i never received them either. i ordered them months ago... at least 3 months or more. they had the wrong address (not the address i gave them) and i tried to straighten it all out. it's a bit like playing marco polo trying to get help from them... and not in a fun way. at this point i just want my money back... i am very unhappy with the service. i couldn't tell you a thing about the products because they never came!
