Pretty sure complaints will be taken by the FCC, since it was done online. So the more people that complain... the more the FCC is apt to look into them. I have come to understand that they are a Chinese company, and if I had know that to begin with, I would NOT HAVE ORDERED ONE PENNY'S WORTH OF THEIR PRODUCT!
Wish I knew they are TERRIBLE!
No idea! But I hope it can be done, for the benefit of so many people that falls in that scam.
The more people complain, this would have to have some kind off an affect on their business, they have heaps of different names, and the pages r all set out the same anything with rose in it is theirs, i will try and get all the others.
Who gives a crap if you are properly registered-- that only means you can take money and deliver junk. Yeah, a company with only 17% (and fast going lower) good ratings is legit?!?!?! SCAM ARTISTS. Rosewholesale is part of the big Yigou Group of crooks.
Unsure about that!
The truth, you can't. It's a cyber store and it's not like you and me making an order online from Nordstrom or other store that cares about their customer satsfaction. Coz they want you to come back. These Chinese companies have no rule, they target the whole world, therre is a manufacturing company with plenty website with different names. They are in different business like hair (wigs), cosmetics and more. You can order any big brand labels made CK, D&G, Gucci and no FCC no government is controlling them. So it is either you want to take a chance or you don't. I'm in Dubai right now. Some things you buy have to ask original or duplicate. Who knows what they sell you. My advise is block your credit cards from unauthorised transactions. Call your bank.
