We did not offer phone service.

We can only process payment with PayPal now. I believe you can use credit card/debit card through PayPal as a PayPal guest (thus no need a PayPal account). You can make the payment by credit card when checkout. Click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card", then fill in the required information.
The card is just used paypal as a guest to send the payment to us.
Paypal is the intermediary to transfer the payment from credit card /debit card to our paypal account.
