I have been shopping online here for 3 years now and it never disappoints me. Approved for excellent customer service as well. Much easier online shopping. The delivery process was a bit slow, but the shoes were worth it.
WOW! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing sweaters from this company. First off, I didn't realize their products were manufactured in China. It added to the timing of receipt by an extra 40 days. More upsetting, was the quality of the product. Abysmal is not even a good word to describe. Don't be fooled (as I was) by their online pictures. The quality made me a) sad for the poor people that made it and b) angered by the company that exploits these workers. My sweaters were torn, thin on thread, dirty, and in one sweater the stitching completely unsewn. Amazing in a way to see such product being sold! Whoever owns this company has no quality control and worse, no morals. My message: STEER CLEAR!
I love shopping with this website. I usually buy on Thursday after carefully reading the reviews and looking at the photos that customers post. So far I have lived everything I have bought. They usually respond quickly to emails and even refund my money when I accidentally made a purchase that I didn't intend to make. Overall, excellent service on the internet!
I always went shopping for clothes once a year at the mall and although it would only take me a couple of hours, I really hated the tour, and for me it was an unpleasant trip.

I stumbled upon this boutique while searching the internet for my favorite jeans design, which nowhere seems to have similar designs. They had my size, 10% discount and free shipping, so they made me happy. My order was shipped approximately 8 hours after my purchase and I received it 2 weeks later! It really made it feel like a unique and personal experience that you just don't get much of these days, especially online. I m delighted that I took a risk and ordered clothes on this website. Shipping was very fast. I received it in just over two weeks. The shirts were of better quality than I expected for the prices. Everything fit perfectly: the measurements listed were accurate. I feel like I've gotten a real bargain. I certainly expected to be expecting a lot more and receiving worse quality products at such great prices. I will buy again for sure!
Over one month of not hearing a single word from this company and checking the reviews of over 800 people about this company, I file a fraud claim with my bank. I also emailed the company to tell them that I did not want anything from them now and to cancel anything that they ever had with me as a result of their deceiving tactics. The day after I emailed them the cancellation, they sent me an email for the first time saying, cancellation is too late, here i the tracking number - we just shipped the items. Their return policy on their website is a joke. No return address and just about everything in their website is final sale. Which falls in another category of no returns. I have reported them to the attorney general, but please know this is a company housed in China, using different names and addresses in the USA- a total joke. Let me predict what is going to happen next as I see it in all the reviews: they are going to reply back with " I am so sorry for your disappointment. We are here to help you, please contact us with your order number...". It is all a charade,

I spent over $100. Never seen such poor quality of clothing in my life. If it's not American made don't buy it. I should have known. What a joke and a waste of money. I put them right in the trash where they belong. You

I bought a blouse from this site size small. It was way too big and poorly made. I contacted them about a return. The blouse had to be returned to China at my expense. The postage is more than what I paid for the blouse. Roselinlin.com offered an alternative. They will refund 15% and I keep the blouse. I feel cheated.

Buy on this website some very comfortable and fashionable pants. Ideal to dress in a casual style and for mountain tours, walks, etc. They look great with black boots and Converse-type sneakers. The fabric is fine for the mid season (spring and fall).
The clothes are not the same as what the picture looks like. Very cheap hand made looking from amateur seamstress.

Put my order in in late March 2020. Still waiting for two dresses as of July 13 2020. Ridiculous to have to wait this long! No response from customer service
It is my favorite online store. Somehow I came across when looking for clothing stores to browse online. Always has discounts for amazing clothes. You can get great products at a great price, they also have my taste in clothes that convinced me. I don't think any other online store can make me change my mind.
A brilliant website to deal with. I emailed them and they sent me links to measure the correct size for me. They kept me updated with the progress throughout the process. I cannot say enough about how great it is to deal with this website. Plenty of reasonably priced clothing to choose from and the website is easy to negotiate. If I could, they would get more stars. Thank you, I am a very happy return customer.
Shopping this store online is THE best online experience I've ever had - I order frequently from them because of it. The packages are absolutely adorable with handwritten notes and arrive quickly. The prices here are also rather reasonable. Their actual locations are quite cute but somehow feel like they're missing something. Maybe it's just I love getting packages in the mail!
I've been a customer of this online boutique for a couple of years, and its items are pretty good for the price. Most items are the size of what is mentioned in the item itself, but if there is any item that does not fit, you will be glad to return them for store credit as long as you pay the shipping fee and if It is damaged and there is evidence that it is free shipping and return most of the time (which is quite reasonable since I have bought from other sites and they try to haggle offering credit even when it is damaged).
This is the second time I shop here, and it definitely won't be the last. I don't buy online often. This is because it is difficult to reach companies if something goes wrong or when trying to return an item, but my first outfit came very fast and the standard and quality are out of this world. Silk is double lined and very comfortable, not to mention how it stands out from the crowd, how pretty!
Like other reviewers, I ordered from this site based on the beautiful photos of the clothing and great reviews on the website. Ten weeks later (after multiple requests to cancel the order and get a refund, all of which were denied), a package shows up with horribly made clothes that only barely resemble the photos from the site. There is no indication on the website that the business is based in China. The business counts on customers not being willing to pay the exorbitant return shipping fees and settling for the 15% refund. Total scam. Don't waste your money.

I ordered clothes from Roselinlin in early April. It is now June 26 and the shipment has not arrived. They claim to have sent the the tracking numbers said it was delivered to NY post office. I called them and the UP Postal representative said this package did not exist. I have asked for my money back and they will not do it. I have a complaint filed with PayPal now.

Comes from China, so expect a couple of months for delivery and pretty confusing tracking information. I carefully used the sizing charts, but still only 2 of the 4 items I ordered fit as expected, and one of them (described as a 'solid' cotton shirt) was practically transparent, which was not evident from the photo. It's not worth the time and effort to return them, so 3 of them are already in the Goodwill bag. Never again will I be sucked in by the attractive pictures or low prices at Roselinlin. Plus, they push a lot of advertising and fill up my Spam folder despite my unsubscribing from their emails multiple times.

Online buyer for the first time of leggings from this website. I bought some to bite my ankles, as they have pockets, which are very useful for my phone. They feel so light and amazing, I just love them. The sizing guides were great as they fit my daughter and me perfectly. We will not be going back to any other brand now, I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings now in 2 different colors and it only took me a couple weeks to deliver.
The bargains are too good to be true. Once you actually have a chance to see and feel the clothes (after they finally arrive), it's obvious that the quality is absolutely terrible. I don't think any of the clothes would survive a washing. Returns to China are essentially impossible, so I learned a costly lesson. I hope this will help you keep your hard-earned money. Please save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!
