I didn't have a good experience. Shipping was around 20 days and the size was wrong. Actually, they sent the size I ordered but their sizing is off. I'm a women's medium, which is what I ordered, but it was more like an xsmall. Didn't even fit my 16 year old. They only partially refunded me after posting on this site. I'll never order from them again.

It's ok if ur sure of size. Returns and communication useless. I'm stuck with items that don't fit. Dress was nice though and fits fine. Seems everything has it's own sizing also item took ages to come

I wouldn't again although I must say they actually have me back a refund cause I had to throw away the outfit I do order it wasn't wearable and for some reason had a horrible chemical smell but again they did refund me after two months lol the earrings I got one pair was OK I still wear them the other two were broke in shipping I guess cause they came to me broken but the one pair I do like so earrings were OK just wouldn't buy clothes from them again that's just my opinion though.

Absolutely not. I ordered a sweatshirt and when it came two months later it was a fake knockoff. I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau and they gave me 100% refund. Stay away!

I ordered a sweater that looked beautiful on their website but what I received after 3 months from the date I ordered was nothing like what I saw or expected.
I think they genuinely try to fulfill their orders but they just can't do it if you look at the other review comments. I ordered the sweater on January 24,2016 and did not receive it until March 21,2016. It was very poorly made. I need to reinforce some of the seams before wearing it. I will never order from Rosegal again. You are much better off sticking with American based companies such as Kohls, Nordstroms or Macys especially since you can return items that you purchase online directly to their local stores.

NO! Terrible quality... I cannot express how CHEAP and HORRIBLE the clothes are. Its a complete and total RIP OFF. And there is no customer servicento resolve or even listen to ur complaints. Cannot get a refund so you are stuck with crap. To be honest... i threw ALL of my items out cause thats what they were... GARBAGE

Unfortunately the products I received were not comparable to the pictures. The material is cheap and the design is a knockoff of the advertised product. Order with caution. Good Luck.

DON'T DO IT!#1 I ordered a shirt × large I couldn't even get my arm threw it! #2 The matieral was like cardboard and the buttons were falling off and stitching was all over the place! #3 They make you think its made in America but its not! No the clothes are cheep looking they will not stand up for you if you have to return them. It takes about a month to get to you you get really excited to get it and all for nothing so don't order from them

I personally would never purchase from them again. The quality of the clothing was cheaper than cheap. The sweaters looked like they could fit a child, not an adult. The clothes come from China. Save your money. There are much better places to purchase clothes online.

No! Please don't use this company the largest of there clothes might just fit a very skinny 9 yr old. Also someone tried to use my card details after purchasing from Rosegal and Sammy dresses but the fraud squad from my bank caught on there was something wrong going on. Please stay away from these sites you will be very disappointed in the end I promise you that. Try amazon they have low priced clothes from retailers and will warn you about the Asia sizing.
