I've tried numerous times to contact Rosegal to get an exchange I've been sent the wrong size dress I've even been on live chat I did get a ticket but

You have to keep responding to the "ticket" which seems to count as a review. Weird, right? But that's the process; and you *have* to be persistent as they will try to offer a partial refund and you keep the item. Even to do an exchange you will need an RMA # and a prepaid shipping label.
