My Roku 3 device is defective and Roku will not replace it. The device only comes with a 60 day warranty. Bad customer service. Don't use them.

Rule #1 never have an engineer write in why are YOUR vintage cartoon channels so poverty stricken? you call 3 cartoons 1000? get real. they suck. The icons are all grayed out. I cannot fix this. Netflix told me to refresh the program. Tell me how to fix this.
