i didnt get a confirmation email, how long does that take?

I emailed the company and was provided an order number. After two months the item has yet to ship.

Hi! I'm thinking of ordering 2 dresses for a Halloween party the it totals up to over £100 I'm nervous that it is a scam after reading bad reviews
I'm between medium and large size wise. Do I order up or down? Do the swimsuits run small or large! I'm 36.5 bust, 28 waist, 38 hip. Thank you!
