I have never had any problems with this company. What 'assitance' do you need? Just pay for the shipping and wait for delivery! It's simple.

Avoid this company!
I had to file complaints with the Attorney general and the BBB and then it took four months to finally get my item.
I had to spend a lot of money to get something that should have been delivered without issue.
The customer service is appalling as well.
