I have been a reship customer for 2 years now. I never had problems with the deliveries. But, multiple times I had the problem that they get to lazzy to write a detailed packing list and/or forget to include it altogether. 3 times I had to pay unreasonable taxes (one time it was 100 us! twice the price of the goods!!!) because of incorrect/forgotten packing lists.
But, the thing that stinks the worst is that there's no support number that one can call from abroad! get a load of that! they have a toll free number you can call, but, it is useless from outside the US! Reship, most of your customers are outside the United States, isn't it? So, basically, reship is telling their international customers screw you! isn&t it? If Im wrong, please post right here a number I can call from abroad!
