I had a delivery issue with my third order from Reserve Bar that was not the fault of the company. I messaged them and got a response very quickly. They refunded my order immediately and were very gracious about the issue. Not only does this company have a nice variety of products, but they can also be relied upon to give great customer service - something that seems to be lacking these days. Their professionalism has made me a loyal customer.

My original order through Reserve Bar was cancelled due to product being on back order from one of the vendors. The product was available through reserve bar from a different vendor, but for a significantly higher price. After speaking with customer service, they were able to offer me a coupon to offset the costs which I thought was very fair. I'll be supporting reserve bar and ordering again in the future.

Availability of Still Austin Whiskey shipped to North Carolina. I love their whiskey, but I’m unable to buy it in North Carolina. It was awesome to see a company that allows me to purchase and ship it to NC.

The ReserveBar website was easy to follow and made it very clear on how I could gift a friend a bottle of bourbon with a custom engraving. I was initially worried about the delays in production and shipping that the custom engraving would entail, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the bottle was shipped to my friend (just in time for his birthday!).
First time ordering Jennifer Lopez's liquor collection. Very good quality, and taste. Will definitely order again for more get togethers.

The delivery company had much to be desired, I would con5sider making a change.
First their driver couldn't find my address, its in the city. Its 8 blocks from the Capitol of CA.
Its a free standing single family home, Uber and many others find it easily. Their phone hold times are awful, they were terriblel to deal with. I had to go pick it up. I had work out of town, so they said they would only hold for 5-7 days. Not a great experience.

I was thrilled to see that my fiance's favorite gin was available, but was nervous about how long the shipping would take. It came extremely quickly and in great condition! I would recommend ReserveBar to anyone.

I love ordering from ReserveBar, I cannot get some of my order from anywhere else. But UPS delivery has been a nightmare almost every time! An adult signature is required to accept delivery. This last order, someone signed MY name, fortunately it was placed in an Amazon locker at our community Hub.

I placed an order 12/24/23 have contacted them 2 times with complaints over lack of communication on my shipment. I received a email yesterday saying I should have on Monday. I will never use them again. Normally I've ordered from quality liquor and I've never had issues with them. Website says order ships in 2 days that is bull!

I ordered wild Scottish gin from reserve bar since it wasn't readily available in my area. It shipped quickly and arrived safely!
The drink was strong and made me really drink. I liked it but it's not that smooth
Overall a great experience and will certainly use them again. The only issue was the delivery person didn't speak English so specific instructions were difficult.
Ease of use, especially with tough to find products
In PA you can't get whatever kind of liquor you want at retail because of the state store system. I saw advertisements for unavailable liquor that I wanted and found ReserveBar. Ordering was quick and easy. You just have to make sure that an adult is home to receive the package. The bottles were well packed and in good condition.
They had what I was looking for.
I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and have no idea where it stands. I get the sense that most of the positive reviews on these sites are paid for. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

First time I ordered, it never came in over a month. Nobody would respond to my email inquiries so I had to find someone high up on LinkedIn to assist me. She did, she was great and helped me cancel my order and they gave me a giftcard for my troubles. I waited till after the holiday rush to use my GC, it's been over two weeks and still no responses to my email inquiries, but they did email me to tell me two of the items I ordered were out of stock (still waiting on that refund, surprise surprise). If I ever get my shipment or refund, I'll never order from them ever again. Terrible experience and horrendous customer service.
Had been looking for months for a special Scotch for my husband's 80th birthday. I contacted Compass Box and they suggested I call ReserveBar. ReserveBar answered me back immediately via email and answered my questions regarding which Scotch I should buy for him, based on my comments on his favorite one locally. I called the number for their customer support group to order, but somehow it had changed and couldn't reach them by phone. Sent another email, and they got back to me right away and took my order. It was not easy for me to arrange for this and keep it a surprise, but luckily they will ship to my neighbor's house for her to receive for me. Virginia is not an easy state to ship spirits into, so it took quite a bit of researching, but ReserveBar was able to do it. So relieved that is taken care of thanks to them. Can't wait to see his face when he opens it.
Will use them again, as they have a vast stock of fine spirits, and we have many friends who appreciate fine Scotch.

The gin cane very quickly. I have ordered from My Reserve before and always have great service.
Because they carry all of the Sassenach brand of whisky, tequila, and now gin.
The convenience is everything...not only was it super easy and lowest prices...delivery was so fast...ordered on Tuesday had my order Saturday morning by 9...Amazing...

I made my purchase back in November 2020, when I pre-ordered the Brother's Bond special release bourbon as a present for my girlfriend, a huge Vampire Diaries fan. I also ordered a Rhubarb flavored gin, because why not try something new. At the time, the BB release was supposed to happen in February 2021.
Come february, no shipments happen, and no word from the company. Come April, I get an email saying that they're having trouble fulfilling the order. It's a special release with high demand, I get that. Come April 30, I finally get an email that says my order is shipping. It's been 6 months since I ordered it, but cool! Maybe I'll get my order in a couple days.
Two weeks later, nothing has arrived. I call the company to ask if the order will ship, and they have no information on when it will arrive. I'm supposed to move a few days later, and the customer service rep says that he will try to change the shipping address to my new address.
It's now almost 3 weeks since the order was supposed to ship, and I just got a notification that the bourbon is shipping to my old address. I'm not getting the gin, because I got a separate notification that they sold out in the 6 months it took them to fill my order. So now after spending an hour on the phone with FedEx trying to find a FedEx center to hold my order at, I have to drive 45 minutes away to go pick up my order because I can't get the shipping address changed to my new address.
So thanks for nothing Reserve bar, I have to drive an hour and a half round trip tomorrow to pick up an over-priced bottle of bourbon that I had to wait a full 6 months for. I'll stick to Bevmo from now on.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order overpriced liquor from Reservebar. If you're looking for an alcohol-type gift, use Bevmo or Wine.com, or find a family owned-business to support.

We are sorry for the long delay. The distributor of the Brother's Bond product caused the delays in release several times from their initial time frame. This has caused a lot of frustration and ReserveBar experienced that frustration only less than the customers like you who ordered it. We are sorry and are working on limited pre-sales until we have further guarantees on their availability.
The correct product arrived at the perfect time to my house, so I simply signed for delivery.
ReserveBar carries the S'mores flavor of Bailey's Irish Creme, which is a rare find.
We had a little delay with our order be re-directed, but the great staff made everything right and our order arrived in perfect shape.
Customer surface was excellent, resolved all of our problems quickly and efficiently.
They had the product I was looking for and I have used them before with good results.
I waited to place my order that was a gift for friends in another state based on the shipping information it stated on the website. It said 1-2 days. The order did not ship until 5 days later. I tried to contact customer service, there is no phone number. It took them over 24 hours to respond. We ended up having to have the delivery sent to their local UPS pick up location and they had to pay a fee. I will not use this service again in the future.
Took over 24 hours to reach me back. No phone number to actually call and speak with anyone, they were unable to really offer any assistance.
It appeared online to be able to send the gift I wanted for a reasonable price hassle free.
I ordered three items a month ago. I received an email about a week ago that one of my items is out of stock. Still waiting for my remaining items that I order to be shipped. Part of the value prop of Reservebar is getting your order delivered but when it takes over a month to receive, suddenly your neighborhood liquor store is looking like a better way to go.
