I have a job, I pay all my bills on time but my spouse left me with a bad credit and despite being able to pay for a good place, I am stuck in this dump where I am paying $1250/month with a ruthless, uncaring landlord. What and how is a good citizen who pays their job able to find a good place? Can you guys help?
