What do we need to qualify for your program?

Answer:

In order to qualify for our Rent Guarantee program, all you need is a valid source of income. Ultimately, the owner of the unit of interest has the final say, unless we are already under contract with them. Your credit is never an issue with us and almost 100% of our clients are convicted of felonies or have some issues they are dealing with that just won't seem to disappear from their permanent record.
