I have been trying to add account number but it seems impossible, only credit cards are aloud. Why is it so?

Avoid them if you can as their customer service is nonexistent and they seem to detest their customers because they treat them in a diabolical and disgusting manner. Their customers cannot contact them using telephone, web chat or email. They are only interested in your money and don't care about anything else.
