How do it get it off my compurter. This mysteriously appeared on my compurter. I can't get rid of it. Everytime I start my computer this garbage comes up and I have to go through the process of rejecting it. I did not order it, I don't want it, I made email contact with them with no results. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this garbage?

On nov. 13, i paid for service for my computer 39.95 plus 9.95 nothing happen my computer is still slow need a refund and to cancel monthly services from my account, this is my email address ellie18644@att.net
