I bought your software online last week for about $45 but the charge to my bank account thru paypal was $64.24? What's the extra$19 or so for? And your software didn't fix my problem run dll error message on my desktop? You ripped me off and now i want a full refund for $64.24 like your garrantee says no questions asked why have you confirmed my refund request?
