I phoned them up to complain and they refunded one months payment and cancelled the account. They will tell you that you signed up on such a date and gave them your card details. They would have taken the first payment 5 days later if you didn't cancel. I'm convinced I cancelled straight away but can't prove it. They stung me for over $150.

I can't remember the number Sue, it was a while ago now, but if you go to their website I'm sure it's there.

I went on to chat on their website and cancelled my subscription that I didn't realise i had asked for. No money back though.
