You could think about writing reviews, especially if it has to do with the safety of the product - when people do their research on this product / website, they'll come across your reviews, which I think offer really important insight. It has a lot of reviews, but more reviews add compelling evidence that this product can be dangerous or ineffective.

This product is dangerous! Iam surprised more people havent reported that it over heats and the top starts to buckle and melt. I also wonder if its safe as its not teflon but sprayed paint stuff and gets way tto hot and smells.

I bought mine from QVC but had to long to return with them called company and after arguing they agreed to send a replacement, which has never arrived.

The third time I used mine, the chicken breast started sticking and burning, and the timer button melted at the base.

Thanks for the reviews, i def wont order it fromt he company now. I was wondering though, does it work? Theres a store near my house that sells a lot of as seen on tv products and if i see it there for a reasonable price i might get it, but i dont know if it works lol the company is so scary all the reviews are about them!

Thank you everyone for reporting this fraud! I have had experiences like this before and should have learned my lesson, but I was ready to order this as it looked so terrific!
