I don't know your location but generally speaking you could go to Red Beacon.com, Porch.com (Lowes), HomeAdvisors.com. Or just ask your friends if they know of an honest plumber with reasonable fees. This would be start. Payment and all other questions you may have would be discussed with the plumber. Hope this helps.
