How much is my insurance company (or I) being charged for this?

$130 first 2 months each and $30 each month after that.
Real appeal makes alot of money from people not properly exiting the program and insurance company keeps paying for empty seats.
Seams Highly unethical!
Perhaps insurance companies should look into this.
I was told 75 seats per class, however never see nearly that number and have tried to move into a class and told it is full
Customer service admitted many people just stop attending while insurance continues to pay.
