I was told their was no contract. And I see reviews about complaints of continued charges. I wanted to speak to someone about the cancellation policy

Hi, We are proud of our customer-first contact and cancellation policy. We offer to our clients a no-questions-asked cancellation policy. As long as you give the team a 7-day notice when completing the cancellation request, your services are not renewed. We also understand that a client may have to pause or stop their program due to one reason or the other and our team also takes the time to work with each client to pause or readjust billing periods to work with their budget.

Because we are a large company with a huge amount of clients on our platform we must adhere strictly to the 7-day notice in order for the system to have time to make adjustments.
