If you go to their website there is an icon towards the left side. Or go to Help on their website and I believe there is an option on the top bar. Good luck. If you can read and follow directions you'll have no problem.

You can upgrade your phone or if your phone is lost or broken you can order a new replacement anytime by logging into your account.
Setting up an account is free and easy.
Just log into Q-linc wireless and the easy to follow instructions to set up an account and purchase a cheap phone is there.
You can purchase a new cheap phone for as low as $29 dollars.
