I just purchased your Password Recovery it was suppose to be 9.95 and was charged 29.95. I tried to use it on an old computer using vista windows lost password Administrator and doesnt work please refund my money and if you feel you dont want to please at least refund the extra 20.00 you weren't supposed to take... My experience was positive. The company seems to be not well organized but they do appear to be legitimate. Once you get the latest version of the software (which is not what gets downloaded from their website) it works exactly as advertised. When questioned about the additional charge of $29.99, they responded that it was a standard initial charge (much like hotels do when you make a reservation). The actual charge was, in fact, $9.99. I personally can say that I was satisfied with the product but I would surely run the company differently. Hope this helps.
