Mike Y,
My experience was positive. The company seems to be not well organized but they do appear to be legitimate. Once you get the latest version of the software (which is not what gets downloaded from their website) it works exactly as advertised. When questioned about the additional charge of $29.99, they responded that it was a standard initial charge (much like hotels do when you make a reservation). The actual charge was, in fact, $9.99. I personally can say that I was satisfied with the product but I would surely run the company differently. Hope this helps.
