We ordered a prom dress for my daughters upcoming prom, The dress came in a timely fashion. But it is horrible. The dress was advertised to be one color, but they mixed clashing colors and changed the belt so it looks awful. I have made numerous attempts to get them to fix it or replace it or give back my money. They just say, oh its okay, we like it, you should be happy. I'm not, my daughter is devastated. Their customer service is worthless at best

If I could give this zero stars I would. This dress was the ugliest piece of fabric I have ever laid eyes on. Not AT ALL what was pictured in the photo. The quality was horrible, very clearly made somewhere in China. The breast pads were visible and sewn in crooked, there was very very visible yellow-white mesh on the entire dress holding the lace together, I can't lift my arms, the slit was too low and bunched from poor sewing, and worst of all, the customer service told me the dress "looked just fine" and refused to give me my money back. Not a single girl would ever wear that in public. WORST SITE IVE EVER SHOPPED ON

My teenage daughter was completely taken advantage of by this site. We ordered the dress EXACTLY based on measurements we took and their size chart. It was NO WHERE NEAR a fit when it arrived and a seamstress was going to charge $150.00 to alter it, but it would result in a completely different style. We followed their protocol for return via taking photos and measurements again and were ultimately told they would not accept the return. My biggest regret is not checking reviews prior to ordering.

Before ordering my dress, i read many reviews that were both good and bad. This made me nervous, but I decided to order the dress anyways. It did end up being $50 more than the stated price, but still under $200 which was the price of many other dresses. My dress came about a week early! The color matched, and it is pretty. However, the waist measurements were wrong and there are like cardboard boob things which give my boobs a weird shape. Slightly annoyed. Going to get it tailored today. Decent dress, especially for all of these terrible reviews.

Damaged, had loose and missing beads, pen marks waistline not connected to skirt. After sending out multiple emails showing close up photos of damage. I was told they cant see any thing so keep it. Worst service EVER! Since this company is in China we are not protected on our purchase what so ever.

Do not EVER order from them. Don't be fooled by their return policy either when it says you will get a full refund if the color comes wrong. My dress was supposed to be white and silver and they made it white and gold and won't give me my money back. On top of the color being wrong it also does not fit me, after giving them my custom measurements, you would think it would. I have never had a problem ordering online and they are the exception to that. Save yourself from the stress. They are absolutely terrible.

Is anyone out there interested in finding a way to out these guys and screw them as they have screwed us? I tried writing a bad review, however it is "under review" much like my dress is 'under tailoring". Any ideas from anyone what we can do? I am sick of this kind of crap going on! These are our daughter's dresses they are messing with! I am going to go on Facebook and send a note out to the public and ask everyone to share to never buy from PROMBELLE.COM. Anyone else interested in doing so?

We ordered a prom dress on this site and were very disappointed. The quality of material was poor, the sizing was wrong and the look did not match what the picture showed us. We tried to return dress but got a rejection numerous times. They did not want to pay the return fee or out of country fees to get it returned to them. We ultimately ate the costs and got only a 5% "discount" for our dress. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED! And we had to buy another dress which was an added expense to the already expensive event.

Buyer Beware! I should have known better. I typically do my research and I didn't and was ripped off. Cheap material, beading falling off, terrible customer service and not to mention the measurements were extremely off. A size 12 is really a size 2. When requesting a refund they told me to take it to the tailor and pay additional monies. What a joke DONT BUY!

I ordered a size 4 and they sent me a 6. I told them and asked them if it would be possible to exchange. One person asked me for pictures, another for my size, another ( very rude) said that I got what I ordered and to go to a tailor, another even ruder said the same. I emailed with 5 different people that they mislead me asking for proof of what I needed and then they said no. They are Scammers and don't care because they think you will only use them once and then it will be it. The quality of the fabric is horrible. Be aware.

I wish I came across this site when we ordered my daughter's dress from prombelle. My first clue that this was going to be bad was when they emailed me and said the dress was still being tailored but rest assured it will make it to us before the prom. TAILORED? I didn't order anything custom. Then it arrived in a DHL plastic bag and Oh wow, was it ugly! It's a cheap knock off! Cheap material, bad workmanship, bad stitching, dress was gathered on one side from stitching mess up, beads and sequence was flimsy and hanging off, threads sticking out. Wrong size. Wrong length. Wrong everything. Customer service will not respond to refund money.
My question is, with so many bad reviews, why is this sweatshop not shut down yet? I suspect there's child labor going on. Someone should investigate and stop this fraudulent business from operating.
In the meanwhile, any advise on how to get our money back?

This was a total scam and a sham! Ordered a dress according to my daughter's measurements. The dress came in and does not fit. After many emails requesting pictures, etc., the final response was:
Thanks for your mail but for standard size, there is no refund neither exchange
Because, you did not compare your measurements with our size chart before you placed the order
You can not take it for granted that your measurements will 100% match our size chart, in other words, you did not subject to our size chart so you should pay for the problem

If I could put zero stars I would. I emailed them at first to make sure it was 100% legit and they said they promise good quality and a good fit and if I'm unsatisfied I will receive 100% of my money back. So I ordered it it look nothing like what it did on the picture, the dress I had look so cheap and it didn't even have the chain like how it was displayed in the picture. Also the dress did not fit well at all it looked horrible so when I asked for a refund they denied Mr and saying there isn't a way to return it when they promised my money back. So nobody should ever order from this site, it is horrible let this be a warning now.

PLEASE don't no order from this website they want refund my money and didn't send the dress either. I have reported them to the wire fraud and better beau

Their copyright is 2016 so they probably just opened the site and will not have reviews online. I have found other websites with the exact same "billing address" in London and a 2016 copyright. It appears there are all pop up sires and buyer beware.

It was a mistake to order a dress from this company. The dress did not fit properly. It was way too long, even when wearing my highest heels, and worse, the rhinestone/crystal detailing on the back was PURPLE, not clear, as depicted in all the photos of the dress. Not minor problems as this company seems to think! Long story short, they will NOT be returning my money, I will NOT be ordering anything from this company ever again, and I WILL be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this company due to its poor products and terrible customer service!

I ordered from here 2 years ago and have been contacting them non stop. I orderd a size 2 and I wear a size 2. It was 4 sizes too big. Way too long. Had a stain at the bottom. Sewing done poorly. And all Prom Belle could say was "please get it hemmed some place". I am so pissed. I ordered this prom dress with my own money and I can't even get a refund.

I am greatly displeased with prombelle's customer service. There was a mix up with my measurements-by ten inches! When I contacted them they agreed to make a new dress with the correct measurements for an additional $80, which after already spending $183 and having nothing to show for it, I agreed to. I had to request a confirmation of the $80 new dress twice, and when they responded days later, they told me to "pls find a cheaper store" and refused to honor their agreement. They are slow in responding, each time you email them it goes to a different service representative, almost all of which are unprofessional and not very helpful, and I cannot find a way to contact them by phone.

I have all my answers right here from all of these horrible reviews. So glad I read the reviews before I ordered the dress and lost my hard earned money!

I kind of thought something was screwy when I messaged with a LIVE REP about returns and received no reply!

This site is very unreliable. If you order a dress from this site do not expect it to turn out well. Not to mention the horrible customer service. The dress I ordered did not come in looking like what I ordered, so I politely asked for a refund, and they denied it offering me $6 to compensate for the $150 I spent on the dress. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Do NOT order from this site!

I placed a prom dress for mine daughter 3 1/2 before prom. Jaly from Prombelle stated it would be done on time

Very disappointed in this online site, First was told I would get a email as to when dress was shipped I did not. Then when we recieved the dress the dress looked nothing like the picture we had ordered, as well as the whole left side of dress had not been finished thats rights the beads and sequence not on one whole side are u kidding me so had to pay another seemstress to finish what this company should of did from the start... flat out a joke company and would never recommend nor buy from this site/company again
