“I've been playing for quite awhile and recently decided...”

I've been playing for quite awhile and recently decided I'd go ahead and make a deposit so I could play for money. BIG MISTAKE! The daily prize wheel stopped working. I gave it about a week before I "contacted" them about it, and no response. I waited another week and tried to "contact" them again, and still no response. Their disregard for customer contact made me start to feel they lacked any credit as a substantial site and felt I should just withdraw my money since they state that you can do so at any time. Even though it said it was keeping 9 cents as a fee, I felt it was no big deal since I would get my $25 that I had in there. I clicked the "yes I'm sure I want to withdraw" and then nothing happened. I waited awhile, and still nothing. I tried to refresh and do it again, still, nothing. I contacted them again and still didn't hear back! I use the contact phrase lightly because I found that there's only ONE way to contact them and that's with the box that pops up- so you can't see their email address and there's no company info on the site, such as where they are located, NOTHING! I think this is a huge scam and am really upset. I know it's not a lot of money, but still, it's mine and I don't think they should continue to get away with this! Who knows how much money they've ripped off of hardworking people, and how long they've gotten away with it! It's not like you can post anything on their so called "forum" because everything you post has to be approved first, and so far, that's only maybe 2 posts about suggestions for games! I sent another email today but I doubt I will ever hear back from them! I just wish I knew how to contact someone high up that can actually take legal matters and do SOMETHING!

Very dishonest company/site. The owners regularly play themselves for money, the games are set up for an x number of players until you actually play then after your game it suddenly is a timed game ex: it states needs 4 more players then you play and it now says 48hours remaining no matter how many players play. Their TOS is a scam and if you join for money you are giving certain upgrades. They never deliver ie: daily spins for prizes, (although they recently added those spins it took 3 years). The same 3-4 players win 95% of all cash games with impossible scores, they are registered to the same town (Austin Texas) as the owners, Tommy Grupa, Melissa Dey, Armin Busatlic I figured this out by googling the screenames and found them on other sites. They openly talk on these sites and use their real names (or did) It was easy to follow their trail to Slix Media and the numerous free game sites and You Tube. They advertised for 3 yrs over $30,000 won daily yet paid no taxes. They now advertise $200.00 a day. Hmmm can we say IRS. I carefully documented many many many games that were advertised as something ie: 15 mins left until it closes, you play it, then it states 24 or more hours untill closing. Or baseball game that gives some players 25 swings and others 30 + more time to play. And much more. Stay away or at least do not deposit there!
