I ordered for a personalized laptop skin and uploaded a design. What I recieved was total rubbish. It was supposed to be delivered by april 28th and considering the covid situation (that's what they listed as a reason) it got delivered by mid june. And there's still no response for the complaint raised regarding the purchase. Either this product has to be replaced or refunded. Worst customer service ever no value for money.

ITS FAKE SITE WHICH DEDUCT MONEY MULTIPLE TIMES BUT NOT REFUNDING FOR UNDELIVERED PRODUCT. NEVER ORDER ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS SITE. BE CAREFUL PLEASE

Had ordered two photo collages for my son's 1 st birthday 2 weeks ago. I got it 3 days after the function. Really dissapointed.if they could atleast pre inform the delivery date while ordering it would be much easier for the customers to decide. Also i was skeptical about the product quality after reading the reviews but it came out to be fine. Much better than i expected.

Pathetic service! Had ordered a RED colour magic mug for sister's birthday but got a ink BLUE colour mug instead! Tried to call customer service 10 times then they answered my call. To make things worse they asked me to keep the blue mug and settle the matter! They said they called me to confirm. I have not received any such call from their side. Highly disappointed. Will never order from printvenue again

For all the hype u tend to generate for yourself and calling your shop a one stop establishment you seem to have neglected the very core of your business... your customers!
You don't respond to emails... getting thru to u on the phone gets non committal replies.
Tell me... how have u managed to survive!

This is not the first time I have been their customer from last 5 years ordered more than 10-15 custom prints but there is no support from PrintVenue, Your call gets disconnected in case if they don't have an answer and on email, you'll never get any reply from them. Printvenue brand can be easily taken down if any new startup provides the best support and improve a bit of quality people are ready to bit extra for better quality and service.

I shopped 2 product from printvenue my oder iD is - Oder ID - 2120-7684-0264 & 4161-2480-4402

I get both oder but on the website status still showing shipped status.

So i dropped many emails for status change delivered from shipped. But no response.

Than i do call that phone number mostly busy.

Once a connect a call they say, we can't do anything just wait.

Wrost service of printvenue.

Ordered an embroidered Adidas t shirt. Sent 1300 bucks. Had holes in them within 1st machine wash. Followed u. Complained. They just kept avoiding and standard automated emails. Till after more than 1 month and dozen emails and calls. They refused to accept return or pay. I should have read the reviews online. 1 star. And never trust this company. No ethics. No sense of quality either in service or product. My views

From one month my product is still in process. No response to mail & call center service is also worst.

Please dont waste your money and time on their crap product. Recently I have ordered a Canvas product which has been delivered in wrong size with worse quality.

After many follow-ups as well in last 2 months, these jokers didn't do anything, all they say every time that this wont repeat in future. Trust me we have many good sites where you can look forward instead of investing your hard-earned money and time.

Customer support is really very helpful for me and product quality is also awesome.

I am really satisfied with the service and quality of print venue as compared to other website like printvista and printland.

I am suggesting every person to make purchase printvenue.

Printvenue is company which cannot be trusted. Literally a cheating company. I had placed orders for 2 products on the 23Rd of Jan 2022 with an agreement to deliver the products within 5 working days. But the product was delivered after 10 days and that too only one product. The second product was cancelled by them as the due to non availability of product. And confirmed to refund the amount of cancelled product within 7 days. We are still following up for the refund even after 3 months. They hang up the calls moment the order no. Is given for checking the status of refund. Be vigilant dealing with them please

Not able to place order money has been deducted 2 times but im not sure if order is placed or not i didnt get confirmation sms or mail and tracking number also

Pathetic service and rude staff. I had ordered a customised pen drive which was supposed to be delivered within 6 working days. After doing lot of follow up over mail and phone I did not recieved any response from their end. Everytime I called thier customer care (which connect only once in 10 times) I just got a response that within half n hour our person will connect back to you but not a single time I recieved any call or even mail from them.
After a month of regular follow up I have still not recieved the product nor I got my money back.
This is a acute care of internet fraud and would request people not to fall in thier fancy trap. You will suffer later

Placed my order on 19 June as the site stated that they can deliver within 3 - 6 business days.

Poor customer support service (or more like virtually no customer service) and ended up receiving POOR quality product on 24 July 2018 - More than 1 month since I placed my order.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this print company at all!

Magic mug that I ordered cannot be called magic mug at all! Designs all revealed without need to pour in hot water! Makes it damn ugly with a layer of of color over your design. Items received on time but I couldn't make it my Valentine gift for my couple because it's so ugly! Why do I even need to click on that 1 star? It don't worth any $#*!! Wasted my money and I didn't know it was based in India since they created a Singapore website. Totally a scam!

Ordered something from them and have paid the full amount! Did not get any confirmation order! Emailed them countless times and they did not get back to you. They will send an email telling you that they have closed the case afterwards. Item gone money gone!

This is a pathetic site. I placed an order on 16th November 2020. But neither the order was processed nor any refund issued. I have been sending them email and reminder but no avail. Customer service number is always busy and no response.

I ordered a customized skin for my phone. It reached me in a really bad damaged condition inspite of them charging and additional delivery fee of Rs. 75. I reached out to printvenue to express how unhappy I was and that I would like a full refund for same. They said they would have to elevate the issue and get back to me. It took them 10 days (after multiple emails and calls) to tell me that the resolution they've come up with is is to give me a new phone skin (this inspite of constantly telling them that i don't want a new product)! They even asked me to make a video of putting the phone skin on my phone since they thought that in the photos I shared, the product did not look damaged enough and was ok to use. The customer service executives are lazy and incompetent and will give you a hundred reasons as to why they're not wrong and how it's either our fault or the courier guys fault etc. On their detailed review about the issue, they also had something written about how I said something about the product (that I never said at all!) and that it was my fault in communicating the actual issue to them.
It makes me sad how big online portals like these can scam you in such ways.
Would not recommend using this website whatsoever. Even if their service might be alright, the customer service will disappoint you.

It's totally a fraud company. Do not believe on them. They will take your money and after that they will not ans your calls and not even gave your the order tracking

On 15th Sept 2020 i made payment of 2900 rs to Printvenue and they cancelled my order. I contacted them several times through phone and email, but they didn't replied. I literally begged for getting my money back but they never listened.

Recently i have ordered a desk calendar and it was very good. The product was worth valuable. But after ordering my product i have seen the review and i was in doubt how the product will be. But after seeing my product it was very good and i was satisfied with the product. THANK U PRINTVENUE...
