Hello Charles, the Kind Pen's lifetime warranty is valid when purchasing through our company because we are an authorized dealer for them. The first 30 days we communicate with the Kind Pen's warranty department for any exchanges but after 30 days from purchase, all warranty requests must go directly through The Kind Pen who will resolve any issue you may have. Thank you.

Dear Karina, we have sent you an email explaining this issue. Please check your spam folder as our emails can sometimes be marked as spam. We apologize for the confusion but we only see one successful order using PayPal. All other charges were declined due to mistake in the billing address. Please allow 2-3 business days for those pending charges to expire off your bank account. None of the declined charges will officially post to your account. They will disappear after your bank processes them. We appreciate your business, thank you.
