After several years of using Phanfare I am now frustrated that I cannot upload music (ex iTunes) as previously. I receive the message ''No Java runtime found''). After searching various sites I learn that Phafare is no longer compatible with Chrome as my browser. Is there any solution to this issue since I prefer to stay with Chrome.

I had to install latest version of JavaSE and then use internet explorer (which opened automatically when confirmed Java install) to open Phanfare and be able to use the music up-loader - which worked fine

I ran across the same problem with the sudden inability to download music because Java is required, and apparently not available on iMac with a 10.12 operating system. I emailed Phanfare to inquire whether they will offer a fix but of course there has been no response. Time to find another service.

Phanfare offeres a widget that will DOWNLOAD all your saved images into the same folder structure on your hard drive.

That was step one for me. Step two is to search for a NEW Photo hosting site that fixes problems and actually cares about its customers!
