Ordered a personalized items yesterday afternoon. still want the item but need to put a hold on it as the church date may change and you can't "hold' it 24 hours to confirm? not happy at all and will not use again. i can understand if i ordered it on a business day and waited 24 hours to contact but that is not the case order #371125444093. very, very disappointed. customer service wasn't even nice about!
