Yes, tried going to their site www.perfectwatches.cn and the site was 'down?! also its receiving bad reviews on customer service, time it takes to receive merchandise and no returns in as well lots of flack for anyone trying to return merchandise in case of problems. i don't need problems right now! its an grad present for nephew and grad sheriff class. it cannot be late nor problems with merchandise. is this company reliable!? HI, I noticed your question and to be honest, I had a problem with one watch I had purchased. They actually continuously rang and sent emails to resolve the issue, to the point that I said I would get back to them because I had a personal problem going on at the time. They were fantastic. In the end I sent the watch back and they replaced it. I did however have to pay the AUD$51.00 to return via EMS Couriers. They really went out of their way to resolve the problem. I subsequently have bought another 5 watches from them, for gifts. I always made contact via - support@committeesupport.com email address. Good luck.

You can try your luck with customer service, but no guarantees. They will consider exchange if yiucjust received it, but if you owned it for sometime they will never do it.
