They are a very poorly run dishonest company. They may be legit as they do sell RV parts, but I would not do business with them again. They gave me an RMA (return authorization) to return a product their website stated would fit my RV furnace, but it ended up being the incorrect part. They knew the date I purchased the item and even though it was past their 90-day window for returns, they issued an RMA. I sent the item the very next day after receiving authorization. Two weeks after they received it, I hadn't received my refund. I contacted them and they refused to issue a refund because it was after 90 days. Why did they give me permission (issuing an RMA) to return the item? They made an exception to their rule because their website listed the incorrect part. Not the way to run your business! They now have a $56.00 gas valve and have not issued a refund. My advice is NOT to do business with PDX RV.
