I've been trying to get in touch with someone at pdgsoft now for at least 2 weeks. i've tried calling on many occasions and leaving voice mails but my calls have not been returned. i've emailed them several times and no response. is this company still in business? i'n trying to reach their sales department.

Answer:

According to their forums & a prior team member the company is out of business & has closed its doors. Karen Snyder has ignored their customers with no warnings of the support for the cart ending.
