You should see at the top of the page in your Payoneer account a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card. If you do not see the message or if you are having difficulty utilizing it, please contact our support center directly via phone, chat or email so an agent can assist you in manually ordering you a new replacement card. payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us
