No. They are not a scam, but they do not vet animals and do not let you know who the breeder/puppy mill is. You find out after you pay. They will not refund you either. They will not respond.

No parade did exactly what they said they would I don't have a problembwith them I am very happy with their service, my problem is the service they recommend to insure your pet metlife is in my opinion very shady and I would not recommend them at all
