My parcel did not arrive and the status shows that it is no longer required. what happend ??

Answer:

My parcel, which was worth 500.- was destroyed because they said it was broken. Why destroyed? Any pictures of it? How is this possible at all? Any exlenations? We did not receive any explanation! How can such a company exist at all?

If the parcel is not tracked, this means that was collected without label or the barcode was not read In this situation, they will say that your parcel was not collected, so no refund for you, and your parcel is definitely lost
