Definitely a scam - took my money, no one answered any phone lines, and they sent me to a random location.

Answer:

No, it is not possible to share success with a company that takes your money and leaves you with no accommodations. They charge outlandish fees promising nice place, but then cancel and you're left with no place to stay, trying to find last minute accommodations, and wrestle with financial institution to reverse charge. They are a scam!
