Why is their customer service so poor when you have an issue after making a purchase?

Answer:

I've never had this problem. Their customer service is better than Amazon but i haven't interracted with them super recently so maybe theyve scaled back on the gravvy.

In what condition do you get all your products in? new, as stated? refurnished? discontinued? broken? and do you test the products you do get it to ensure they work and are of any quality?

Answer:

In condition stated, i. E., new, reconditioned. I haven't made any returns but it doesn't seem to be hassle-free.

What is the quality of overstock.com furniture?

Answer:

In my experience TERRIBLE! I describe it at the opening of this discussion. The couch and rug I purchasd broke (and the rug became unraveled) within two months from delivery. A second couch was sent, with th first not even picked up, and a second rug, again with the first not picked up. Both again broke and the rug unraveled within months. I spent more than $600 on the couch and had to throw it (them) and the rug away in under three months. Waste of money. You just don't know what condition you are getting your product in.

Please help me place a rug order now!

Answer:

Buy elsewhere. If you have a problem overstock will not help you your rug could never be delivered and you still won't get your money refunded.

Is overstock.com safe to buy a macbook? are they legit?

Answer:

No. They are not legit. They take your money and dont send you the order then tell you there is nothing they can do to help

If i get a movado watch, is it going to be brand new or refurbished? also, is it going to be authentic?

Answer:

If you order from a third party seller it will most likely be fake. Overstock does not provide reviews for sellers like amazon does and will not help if there's a problem.

Why will no one from overstock answer my request for a return label ?

Answer:

Did the same thing to me - they will never return a call, text, chat, or email so give up and never buy from them again
