Is ORTTU a scam or a legit company?

Absolutely legit. I live in London and got the items in two days from USA.

Legit - I live in Canada and got it in less than a week from the United States. It fits similar to Euro sizing, and seems well-made. I have not put it in the wash yet, so that is the only thing i can't comment on...
