I am trying to find out why my points are frozen for data cocern on the surverys been wriying them emails and on facebook called custumer service no one will answer anything can you help please itismy xmas money for grandkids and i very upset about this it is going on 3 days no answers from anyone

I had this happen and got a response to my second email that my account had been permanently suspended due to data concerns. This was a bunch of hogwash as I had been a member of this panel for YEARS without issue and never changed how I answered surveys. You may not get a response and my suggestion is to forget it and STAY AWAY from this and IPOLL

Why do we need to show our ID and scan the bar code? I have never had to do that for anything like this. Really not comfortable doing this

Why do all my surveys show full after 5-6 years never had this problem. Am I frozen out? / Just say so, please! Thanks, Al Pollack

it will not let me click on redeem and when I do it tells me to log in and it will not log in even with the correct information
