Answer:

I don't know, but I do know that Open Table gets $1 from the restaurant for each person on the reservation. So they make $8 for a party of 8, but give a (puny) $1 to the person booking it. Good point to bring up with them.

You definitely are not a procrastinator! Open Table automatically sends you an email link to a review after you dine there, but it takes about 1-3 days to show up.

Same thing happened to me. They then deleted my account after I complained
