They are legitimate but a very poor choice for rebuilding credit due to their poor operations.

Tito must work for "open sky CREDIT CARD" not to mistaken with marketplace whatever the heck that is when the browser clearly shows openskycc.com

18008596412 is their number so no it no scam. I payed a $500 deposit got my card in 10 actual days and used about 10 times never declined and I actually maxed it out and went past my available credit by $46
