I purchased two smartfit 4.0 bluetooth sleep & health monitoring watches. they arrived oct 10,2015, but i find that the app required to operate them is not compatible with our cell phones. how do i go about returning them for a refund?

My credit card has as charge of 54.13 dated 9/18. never heard of opensky. want my money back.

Question:

I tried to order a necklace many times and cannot get past the log in. i try to log in through facebook. i log in through facebook and open sky tells me that i need to create a password. when i do that, it says that they already have an email account by that name. it will not allow me to log in with my original email and password. meanwhile, i lost the discount. i finally gave up and decided to unsubscribe. i couldn't believe that in order to unsubscribe, i had to log in. if i could log in, i wouldn't have to unsubscribe. how do you unsubscribe when opensky will not allow you to log in?

When i came to the site yesterday, i got a pop-up message that said i was the recipient of $75.00 in credit. does this mean i would get free merchandise up to $75? just wondering how this works.

HI! OpenSky is a marketplace with thousands of merchants. Most of our merchants allow our shoppers to use OpenSky Credits to receive discounts on eligible products. If the product you are interested in allows credits the product price will be listed in red and will be automatically applied. No need for you to enter a coupon code. If the product price is listed in black most likely it does not accept credits. However that merchant may have its own storewide discount or promotion going on. The only way to know for sure is to click on the product and all discount and promotions will be listed on the side of the listing. Thank you for shopping OpenSky! Happy Shopping...
