As a seller on ebay, i am considering selling on opensky. after all these reviews though, i am now unsure. is their a problem with shipping and communication between the buyer and seller? can the the buyer ask the seller a question about the product? does the seller actually ship the item to their customer? or does opensky handle the entire transaction including shipping?

Hello! i am getting super frustrated about my order!!! it said it was delivered on 11/30- no it was not! order number 230531874527023 . help!!!!

I ordered a smart fit mini fitness watch from vista shops for christmas, have been trying to contact vista shops for 2 weeks to return it because the app will not work on my iphone. i contacted them via email, which was undeliverable. then tried calling them and got an invitation to buy a cruise vacation. i called open sky on the 8th of january and was told no problem, would send me a ups return label and should have it within 24 hours. it has been 72 hrs and still nothing. i just tried calling the customer love # again and no answer. i doubt if i return the watch if i'll even get a refund. should i just believe it's money wasted?
